The key players during my purchase was, ZACH, BRANDON, TROY and SCOTT. My contact with them did not stop after the purchase, I got a few calls checking if everything is going well, ZACH wanted to make sure, I was not having any challenges and offered to spend time with me to go over some of the features of the vehicle. I will tell my friends and family to purchase from this dealership in the future. More power to a dealership who gives building relationships a priority. Sprinter Service My car broke down as I drove it off the lot after being serviced. You can imagine how frustrating that is - wait a week to get you car fixed and when My car broke down as I drove it off the lot after being serviced. You can imagine how frustrating that is - wait a week to get you car fixed and when you do finally pick it up it still has the same issue. However, the customer service team was great. They got me a loaner and took my car back into the shop. Further diagnoses indicated a MAF sensor issue. Without reviewing the service records that showed it had been replaced less than a year a ago, it was recommend to replace the MAF. I would expect a professional dealership to review the service history of the vehicle to make a correct diagnosis. While I was certainly frustrated, customer service was responsive and accommodating. The technician stayed after hours and personally went through the issues with me. This was very much appreciated. So while I'm not thrilled with the quality of Mercedes-Benz vehicles at least the service tech and customer service a pretty good and I think they would be excellent if they weren't overloaded. More

Great Customer Service Unfortunately, we had to scheduled a RECALL service, unexpectedly. Although we had to take time out of our busy day, we were provided a nice loaner c Unfortunately, we had to scheduled a RECALL service, unexpectedly. Although we had to take time out of our busy day, we were provided a nice loaner car. Service Manager, Oscar communicated promptly, set expectations & service completed earlier than promised! We did asked for a complete inspection to ensure all our fluids were full and all good with our vehicle since we were going to take a long trip for the holidays. Oscar said it was all good, unfortunately, 2 hours into our trip the "check engine oil" light came on. Not what we expected. We were able to get to a service station and added 2 quarts of recommend oil to remedy the issue. More
