I had it towed to MB of Tacoma, and I could not be happier with the professionalism of the Sprinter service team. Jennifer Paulman was my service advisor and she kept me informed of what needed to be done and when the work would be completed. The entire experience was very positive from the MB Roadside Assistance, to the MB of Tacoma Service Team, to the delivery of my van (they even coordinated a Lyft ride to pick me up!!!). He promptly supplied photos as none were available on carguru. We did not have to wait long for Mr. Lee who gave us a thorough review of the truck and its history. We decided to buy and Chris negotiated fair price, had the truck serviced, the gas tank filled and got us going on the paper work. Andrew Falsetta reviewed the sales agreement with us. Third time buying from Mercedes-Benz Of Tacoma. This time it was for my 17 year old sons first car . I reached out to Brandon Kindle explaining what our needs were. When we came for the drive she had the car ready to go. Asked lots of questions but never felt like we asked to many. She was patient and never pushy . Super personable with easy conversations made the experience easy and stress free. I’ll be up next and will absolutely give her a call back . The signing is usually the worse but Troy made the experience go fast and Eastbay. On top of that he had great advice and a ton of knowledge. His conversation made me feel like i’ve known him for years . While I was signing the gentleman explained to my son all the amazing features. My son expressed that’s the guy was cool and they talked a lot . Brandon Kindle, what’s not to say. So professional yet so fun . Makes you feel so important and treats you like a friend. Even with time in between he makes you feel like he saw you last week.
