It was made abundantly clear when we inspected the diagnosed areas that the tech hadn’t even looked at it. Spent unnecessary money on repairs and diagnostics that could have been avoided. Service was bad enough that upon decision to buy a new vehicle after dealing with this, we have decided to never buy a Mercedes again if this is indicative of the service we can expect. Bought a 2020 Subaru ascent instead, when we had been looking at the GLEs up to that point. More

Jason completed all the work needed! Had to have my fuel tank replaced due to a faulty gas gauge and the team did a great job even while trying to staff during the CoVid outbreak. instalation of navigation chip took forty days! No one there returned my calls. I took the car to the service department to get the navigation chip installed. after two hours, I was told they couldn No one there returned my calls. I then called the service department and was told that they would check with someone and call me back in five minutes. NO one did! I finally called MB USA. I was informed that the dealership was not following company procedure. It was only after my call to MB USA and talking to tyler. That the service manager at Tacoma made an appointment to pick up my car and solve the problem. I feel I was lied to, ignored and left hanging for forty days. Until MB USA got involved.
