My salesman was nice, but seem to be a new employee and very little training. I knew what I wanted and went over my list. He gave me wrong info. My 2019 had run flat tires. I asked him if I would have the same and he stated "all Mercedes have run flat tires". It came without. I ordered super media and he told me it was identical to the 2019. The new car came with no CD. The car was ordered Dec 30th. During the wait time, my salesman left and I got a new one.. Everyone was nice to me, but my decision to never return is based on lack of training, annoying procedure that the salesman has to go ask his Mgr every single thing. He didn't have either the authority or knowledge to help me.. Finally, dealer so cheap they don't give you a key fob. More
