Unprofessional, forgets a lot of things easy things to do in my car. I paid about $1200 for the service and they forgot to put the steel plate under my car on. They didn’t have the bolts. Just said uhh go to another dealership lady. also my friend had recently went here had a horrible experience with them forgetting to put parts in his car. What is going on you guys? Sorry but people to not hear my words I asked for a part number. I got 1 of 2 installed. Never said I wanted to have the part installed. Its nice he did it, but I asked for the part number only. Prices are fair and I believe the work is done properly the first time. They discovered a problem and fixed it. So here is a question: Service writer says that "the bank charges 3% for credit cards", so I use a debt card anyway. But, as a 40 year banker, I know this 3% credit card discount can be negotiated, sometimes as low as 1%, therefore, I think you are misstating the situation. If you are charging a 3% charge for credit cards, fine. But, you should not say it is the bank's charge unless it really is. And, if you are being charged 3% by your bank, you need to negotiate that discount right away. More

The new Sprinter/Metris area is exceptional and takes pressure off the regular service area. As always the drive back into the regular service area is fascinating. Where else can you see two R8 V10s back to back or a GT3 surrounded by 911s. More
