This is the difference between Americans and Asians. Asians are always ready to work. I asked to talk to the finance person the other day when I was at the dealer for service. The gentleman told me to wait in the lounge area and he'll come and get me when he's done on the phone. I don't know if his phone call was personal or business, I hope his call was business. I don't want to assume and I hope I am wrong. I can accept business situations. There wasn't anyone else in the office. I hope this type of situation doesn't happen again. I don't like waiting when I don't need. Also, when I was leaving, I was blocked in by another vehicle. I had to wait for another employee to move another car to leave. I wish the service agents or whoever would stay ahead of these situations and keep vehicles clear to leave when vehicles are done. More

Took apron 30 minutes to drop off car and get loaner even though appt was scheduled for drop off. Service completed the next day. Car was not sanitized when returned (I watched tech drive up, he handed me though appt was scheduled for drop off. Service completed the next day.
