I’ve had a claim with my insurance company for two years in regards to my backup camera. Every time I call to make an appointment they’re too busy, on the day of the appointment when I finally am able to sc in regards to my backup camera. Every time I call to make an appointment they’re too busy, on the day of the appointment when I finally am able to schedule I arrive and no one knows why I’m there and there is nothing in the system about it so I’m forced to reschedule. Unfortunately I’ve been ran around in circles all to still not have my car fixed fully and no one reaching out to me. Hoping to have the issue resolved soon but I will not hold my breath. More

Great people and service but the lead time to get an appointment is disappointing. I also called to inquire if a part was on hand, after driving from Olympia I was told the part wasn’t there? Someone else helped me and it was there and the trip wasn’t a waste. Also sprinter alignment is a must but Larson doesn’t have the equipment? What!! B More
