I called reschedule a follow up service and asked what the service was for as I didn’t write down the recommended service. The person who answered the phone said she could have the person who initially sc the service was for as I didn’t write down the recommended service. I later received a text message asking me about the service, to which I responded with my concerns hoping someone would contact me, but I never got a response.
