Up until my last visit for service, March 22, 2021, I was extremely happy with everything having to do with my Mercedes dealership. On March 22, 2021, my service was fine except for the vacuuming job. That w extremely happy with everything having to do with my Mercedes dealership. On March 22, 2021, my service was fine except for the vacuuming job. That was crappy. my floor mats were not even lifted up and you could see the pine needles that were left. I had to return for service on a defective sensor. I was told it would take half a day. The car was dropped off Monday morning and we were not told we could pick up the car until Wednesday. It took until Tuesday late afternoon for Monica to return our many calls. Had someone let us know what was going on we would have been much more understanding. Had we been called on Monday, told that the part ordered for my car was incorrect, told that they had to wait for the part to be shipped overnight, and told on Monday that the car would need to be kept overnight after the part was installed, we would not have wasted so much time trying to call only to be told the care was not finished yet. Then, after all that, I specifically asked for a wash and vacuum. Again, a very unprofessional vacuum job was done. A small child could have done a better job. This is not the excellent customer service I am used to from Mercedes! More
My experience was first rate from start to finish.
