I couldn’t be more disappointed with how this dealership operates. • Miscommunication among staff members and with me as a customer throughout my entire visit. • Kept mentioning I will need to pay for operates. • Miscommunication among staff members and with me as a customer throughout my entire visit. • Kept mentioning I will need to pay for my loan car even though I did in fact purchased my car at the dealership. • Actually, I couldn't believe they charge Mercedes customers (that purchased their car at a different dealership) for a rental loan car. • While visiting the first time they mentioned they’ll order an Uber for me when I dropped off my car. After waiting for over an an hour they realized they never really ordered an Uber, and only then, 30 min later my Uber arrived. • While working on my car, they broke a pipe and expected me to pay for the replacement saying “someone glued it”, forgetting that only licensed Mercedes dealerships worked on my car in the past. • Initially my car was suppose to be ready for pickup on a Wednesday. On Wednesday received a call saying the car is not ready and I’ll get a call the next day on when to pick up my car. A day goes by and I heard nothing. Finally in Friday a received a call saying a part is still missing and the car is not ready yet. Bottom line miscommunication regarding when my car will be ready. • Overall a Mercedes customer I was extremely disappointed. I expected a much more professional experience and effective communication. • The people that helped were nice, and nothing is personal of course. It’s just seem that as a dealership they’re lacking organization, accountability, order and for a matter of fact an honest transparent positive culture. More

This visit was for new tires and front brakes with the service department. I love my service advisor (Brian Nelson), because he does just that - advises and consults with me on options I have when it is service department. I love my service advisor (Brian Nelson), because he does just that - advises and consults with me on options I have when it is time for maintenance. He coordinated with the tire specialists to provide accurate options and pricing, shared the benefits of each option so I could make an informed decision, and made sure he understood what my day was like to make sure I was able to pick the car back up within a time window that worked for me. He consults with me if there are any changes along the way so I don't get unexpected surprises when picking up my car and checking out. Service was done timely and my car came back better/cleaner than when I dropped it off that morning. Thank you! More
