The dealer took every effort to resolve my issue but they were not able to duplicate the problem. They did find a related problem, which confirms my issue. Your website has an issue, my service rep was not Cathy Hodges but Gaudie Cheeks who I was very impressed with. I have no clue who Cathy Hodges is and I find it rather disturbing that she is showing up as my service rep when I had no interaction with her. Thanks, Jerry More

I tried but it went to someones voice mail which led me to believe she wasn't in for a few more days. Your phone system is a mess, and i have 13 other trucks which now need about five recalls each. Really looking forward to not having a truck for a few months, not to mention the logistics of getting them in and out of the dealership. More

Hi ! My car was tilted for the right behind I paid more than $ 5000 dollars for that , but after a month it happened the same and I bought my car in and they said my car had no problem one day after my car than $ 5000 dollars for that , but after a month it happened the same and I bought my car in and they said my car had no problem one day after my car parked over night in garage after day in the morning l still saw my car still tilted to the right of the rear and I brought my car to the dealer again for repair and then they tell me have to pay more $ 1500 for the same obvious problem why I have to pay more because they repaired incorrect made me no longer to believe in the Mercedes Benz anymore More
