Loyal customer since 2006 I have been coming to Mentor Mitsubishi since 2006. I just purchased my 4th vehicle from here and I couldn't be happier. Bad experience We traded in an Outlander for another with 4wd at Mentor Misubishi. But we had them switch the tires because ours were brand new. Little did we know We traded in an Outlander for another with 4wd at Mentor Misubishi. But we had them switch the tires because ours were brand new. Little did we know they didn't put the special lug wrench back into our new glove compartment. 60.000 miles later we couldn't get the wheels off. So we called and drove to the dealership. They had the wrench , but wouldn't let us use theirs, they wanted to do the work. They told us to buy a new set for all four wheels. We did and the wrench that came with that set didn't fit the wheels. We took our Outlander to Pep Boys- they were fast, friendly, and did very high quality work( having new lugs for the wheels was a plus, but they were $60 at the dealership). We just wanted to have our tires bought and mounted somewhere else- Mentor seemed to think that was unreasonable. I forgot to mention that we had an extra lug for each wheel if they would have just taken the lock nut lug off. Of course that would have cost $75 an hour for them to do that, and we think they possibly might have used our original special wrench that should should have been in our glove box all along. But for some reason we couldn't have the wrench for our car. Why not? We bought a car there and it should have come with a wrench for the wheels in the glove box. More
