Excellent Service - Great Communication I recently drove into Melton Service Center for an oil change. I was greeted by a service associate quickly and professionally. I indicated that I would be around the dealership while the service was conducted. He indicated it would be about an hour. He took my cell number and promised to call when the vehicle was ready or if he needed to discuss something. In approximately 40 minutes, I was called. My car was ready. I checked out and he explained what all was done and that my tires were in need of replacement. We discussed tires and he presented several options. Again, very professionally, no pressure. He printed the options for me to consider. I could not have asked for a better experience. More
