Mr. Jeff Williams helped me with my purchase of a 2018 Volvo XC60. He was very kind and professional. He wasn’t pushy and let me look over the car and drive it. I took my time and then told him I would make my decision the next day. I know he was anxious because it was the last day of the month, July 31st. But I made it happen and I had him a check on the last day of the month. That night when it became dark and turned on the headlights, I noticed an error, a low beam malfunction. One of the LEDs in the driver’s side headlight was out. I knew it would be very expensive and I regretted calling Jeff. I did and he was very nice and said to bring it in so they could look at it. I also told him about another problem I had found and he said he would take care of it too. They gave me a loaner car to drive while they were working on my car and kept me updated on the status. It was finally complete and ready today and I am so happy. I’m glad to have my car back. It feels like Christmas. Even though I bout this car “As Is” and with no warranty, they made 2 wrongs right and I’m very satisfied. Thank you Melton Used Cars for everything. The finance guy was great, our sales person wasn’t very personable. Our breaks were messed up and we had to bring it back 3 days after purchase, 13 days after purchase my transmission went out.
