AWESOME service Melton's service department is outstanding! I had an engine light come on, so I took my RAM 1500 to have the oil changed and tires rotated and to have Melton's service department is outstanding! I had an engine light come on, so I took my RAM 1500 to have the oil changed and tires rotated and to have the engine light looked at. It resulted in having the Eco-Diesel engine replaced. They did a great job, particularly Johnny, Jannette and all the runners in the service department. It took a while to get all the parts in, but the work was done professionally and quickly once the parts arrived. The truck runs great now and with a trip to Dallas next week, I should be able to test it on the road next week. More

They did not offer us solution . I think the service department should have found the correct ones and gave us a price for them. Rush,Rush them threw. This is my 4th vehicle to by from Melton. Brought my kids Jeep in early December and was told left cylinder head needed replaced. Picked it up Jan 13th due to long wait for parts. She drove a few short trips with no problems. First trip to Tulsa Je cylinder head needed replaced. Picked it up Jan 13th due to long wait for parts. She drove a few short trips with no problems. First trip to Tulsa Jeep’s temp light started flashing. When I checked the upper radiator hose was collapsed. Brought it back and was told it need upper radiator hose and cap at a price of 277.00. I said no thank you and paid 1/2 hour labor. Brought the Jeep home and pressure tested the cooling system to find the upper radiator hose clamp was not secured. Simple stuff guys. Take care of your work. I always liked Larry Melton and have been a Mopar guy forever. I just wonder if Meltons has moved away from being a member of the community to focus more on the bottom line. Poor service. More
