Not satisfied I waited like three and a half months to get in and when I did only the recalls were fix. Which is great but not even why I called. My auto start light came on and I called right away. When I pick up my van I noticed the light was still on so I went back in right away. I told the very nice gentleman working and he said someone would call me next week. Well it’s Wednesday of next week still haven’t heard anything from anyone. More

Awesome service department Oil change,tires rotated,and a recall fix, thanks to the lady in parts for remembering she had the part in stock for the recall. Was given loaner for Oil change,tires rotated,and a recall fix, thanks to the lady in parts for remembering she had the part in stock for the recall. Ram 1500 Warranty Needed to get the blower motor checked out, had been making noise. The technician confirmed it was bad and needed replacement. The dealer had to order the part and it had to come from Texas. Surprised, I would have thought this part would have been available locally. Either way, returned a couple of days later and they replaced it as scheduled on time. Very good service. More
