They did not offer us solution . I think the service department should have found the correct ones and gave us a price for them. Rush,Rush them threw. This is my 4th vehicle to by from Melton. If you take care of us we will take care of you. Frustrated!!! More

Brought my kids Jeep in early December and was told left cylinder head needed replaced. Picked it up Jan 13th due to long wait for parts. She drove a few short trips with no problems. First trip to Tulsa Je cylinder head needed replaced. Picked it up Jan 13th due to long wait for parts. She drove a few short trips with no problems. First trip to Tulsa Jeep’s temp light started flashing. When I checked the upper radiator hose was collapsed. Brought it back and was told it need upper radiator hose and cap at a price of 277.00. I said no thank you and paid 1/2 hour labor. Brought the Jeep home and pressure tested the cooling system to find the upper radiator hose clamp was not secured. Simple stuff guys. Take care of your work. I always liked Larry Melton and have been a Mopar guy forever. I just wonder if Meltons has moved away from being a member of the community to focus more on the bottom line. Poor service. More

Fast, friendly service I came in for an oil change & to check out an odd noise. Turns out the water pump just went out! The employees were friendly and helpful. They got the replacement part the next day & got it back to me by the end of the day. I wish they had more loaner cars though. Apparently they "almost never" have any available.
