I had a right rear tire replaced under warrantee on my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my 2015 dodge ram about 4 or 5 weeks ago. At that time the printer in the office wasn't working so I was unable to get a copy of the transaction for my records. Landon was very apologetic and told me would mail a copy to me later. I have called a few times requesting my copy but as of this date I have not received it. This is not a big deal but I would appreciate getting my copy for my records. I am completely satisfied with the whole transaction with Landon including the employee who changed the tire, showed me the damage on the old tire and cleaned the floorboards of my truck. Toni is a very nice guy but his response time is very poor. The problem is still not fixed after bringing it in three times. The service staff was exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the process and didn't keep me waiting as my former dealer did. This dealerships services department is SERIOUSLY LACKING! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in for service, they “rigged” the fix to get by. Even though we had an appointment, we had to call them days later to find out it was ready. I know they have our number on file as we’ve used them several times before. Since they’ve changed management it’s gotten bad! More

I was told I would have a loaner vehicle when I made the appointment. No vehicle was available. I waited over 2 hours and I finally asked about my vehicle. I sat outside and called my husband to come get me appointment. No vehicle was available. I waited over 2 hours and I finally asked about my vehicle.
