I took my 2019 Ram pickup in for an oil change and a slight oil leak. My truck was in the service department for a week, I paid $1,400 for the repairs to my truck and when I received my truck back and slight oil leak. My truck has now been back at Melton Service for 3 days and I am having difficulty finding out any status on my truck. In the past I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit and a used Mercedes from Melton sales. These transactions went well. More

I bought my jeep from Melton. They told me that I had a 36,000/mile or 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. My jeep has 26,000 miles on it and won’t be 3 years old until mid march. It wasn’t expensive, but the 36,000 mile or 3 year warranty that I was promised was not honored. They said headlights weren’t included. Then don’t use the words bumper to bumper! More
