This was not my 1st time getting my oil changed here. The 1st time there wasn't a problem with my skid plate being removed & put back on. Maybe it wasn't removed the 1st time because you can get to the The 1st time there wasn't a problem with my skid plate being removed & put back on. Maybe it wasn't removed the 1st time because you can get to the oil filter without removing it. Anyway... It took me over an hour to get that skid plate back on - would have been much better if they would have put it back on (obviously it COULD be put back on because I put it back on myself (maybe you all need some girls working in your service center). Just saying because I'm a girl & I was able to do it by myself while on a creeper under the truck (did not have the convenience of a car lift). Anyway, That is just my opinion. I am thankful for getting the oil change done, but not very thankful about having to put the skid plate back on myself. Thanks! Tammy More

The experience was very positive. Branden took care of me when I got the truck back and there was an issue with the Electronic Throttle Control. In terms of the original repair, only time will tell if the oil leak has stopped or not. It is hard to guage from driving it a couple of times but I did use engine degreaser and rinsed it down and it seems the smell is mostly gone. Over all I would definitely recommend them! More
