The people were absolutely wonderful! Great atmosphere and friendly faces. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. The service guy only did the oil.change. I noticed the invoice only had the oil change listed so I asked about the tire rotation. They put it back in the service lane and rotated the tires. However, they didn't balance the tires. I had some major shaking in my steering and had to take it to a local tire shop to get them balanced. I live an hr away from Meltons so it wasn't convenient to go back there to have them do it. I'm sure if I took it back to them they would have made it right. More

The only thing that would have made my experience better would have been enough fuel to have made it to the gas station on something more than fumes. This was not my 1st time getting my oil changed here. The 1st time there wasn't a problem with my skid plate being removed & put back on. Maybe it wasn't removed the 1st time because you can get to the The 1st time there wasn't a problem with my skid plate being removed & put back on. Maybe it wasn't removed the 1st time because you can get to the oil filter without removing it. Anyway... It took me over an hour to get that skid plate back on - would have been much better if they would have put it back on (obviously it COULD be put back on because I put it back on myself (maybe you all need some girls working in your service center). Just saying because I'm a girl & I was able to do it by myself while on a creeper under the truck (did not have the convenience of a car lift). Anyway, That is just my opinion. I am thankful for getting the oil change done, but not very thankful about having to put the skid plate back on myself. Thanks! Tammy More
