Staff replied, "Yes, we are." That's extremely important as detailed below. 1) Family-owned dealership that's hasn't changed the way they do business in decades. 2) All of their lots, buildings, etc…are paid off = very little overhead. 3) All of their vehicles are unlocked = nothing to hide. No time wasted while searching for someone to locate the keys and then unlock it/them. 4) No pressure sales = NEVER hassled by anyone. 5) No haggling, no hidden fee's, prices clearly posted on every vehicle. 7) Really relaxed environment while you wait for the paperwork to be processed; Pool table; couch, nearby places to dine while you wait. Don't forget to tease Zack Santos about not being able to solve a Rubik's Cube. 6) Probably the biggest lesson to learn is to come prepared to buy because the vehicle you want may not be there the next time you come back with your credit card/checkbook.
