Prompt, up front showing us the new vehicle and trade in pricing with market values (we don’t expect them not to make anything and they were very up front). Once we agreed it was quick and easy to complete the deal. No hour or more of waiting and a pile of paperwork. We had found the Jeep online and Bailey was great at answering our (multiple) questions promptly and sending more pictures, etc. His service prompted us to drive +100 miles to look in person and how we were treated makes us glad we did!!
