Parts on back order The parts to fix my Jeep were on back order. They were very up front about this and did give me a time line. John was my contact person. I just wish that at some time I would've received a phone call about my parts. I was the one that had to call and check on delivery. Funny enough, they just happened to be there the day I called. Maybe a little more communication with follow up would be appreciated. Just an "I know you're still waiting, but it's still not here" would've been nice. My part had a 30 backorder. While I know that's not something they can control, follow-up would've been nice. Other than that, EVERYONE was wonderful. More

Negotiable. I spent roughly 2 months looking for a truck within my perimeters and more or less came up short handed. Only complaint is the check engine light came on 2 days after I got it home, took it to my mechanic and was told it was just a small exhaust leak. Nothing frightening. More
