We came from Guthrie, OK to buy a vehicle that was listed on line at CarFax. When we saw the vehicle it was not equipmented with what was stated on line. They forgot to include the spare in my tire rotation. Said it would take 5 minutes it took A LOT LONGER. Service associate recognized me from normal maintenance visits. Wore his mask and took down the service I needed. After reviewing my history he indicated I was due for tire rotation. Upon further inspect visits. Wore his mask and took down the service I needed. After reviewing my history he indicated I was due for tire rotation. Upon further inspection during service my cabin and air filter were extremely dirty. He displayed them for me. Told him to please replace. Total service with oil change and lube was completed in less than 45 minutes! Service lounge was well stocked with snacks, water, coffee etc. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Excellent as usual!
