I was told that my vehicle needed front end work, tie rod ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the ends and ball joints. I took my car directly from your shop to a front end shop who read the report I was given, checked my vehicle and said all the parts were just fine and recommended that I do nothing to the car. Now I regret buying a battery from Melton at the suggestion of the service department. More

I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of the car. The phone was often times not answered by either the operator or the contact. I also didn’t appreciate the amount of time it took to get the ser car. The phone was often times not answered by either the operator or the contact.
