Absolutely a wonderful experience. ....these people make buying a vehicle pretty darn easy. When I arrived the vehicle I was interested in was waiting for me up front. They took a quick pic of my drivers license and sent me on my way for a test drive. I came back, made an offer and a deal was made in less than 15 minutes. They quickly prepared the paperwork, took the jeep for a wash and fill and I was on my way within an hour. - This is the 2nd vehicle purchased from Melton and after looking around at other places, I now believe they may actually be the ONLY lot I will work with in the future. Every employee there was super sweet and accommodating. It was absolutely a pleasure to do business with them!!! More

Unfortunately service was quite below expectations. 2 miles after oil change I got low pressure warning lights and bells, a sporadic grinding noise and oil spraying everywhere. Tech wouldn't say what happened but judging by the mess in the engine bay I'm guessing they forgot the filter gasket. The undercarriage is saturated and still dripping oil all over my garage. This is the second time of a similar occurrence. Scared to go for three. I messaged the service number provided upon arrival and also the service manager. No response. More

Your folks are always polite, friendly, and don't try to shove extras down your throat like some dealerships. They are quick, thorough and reasonably priced.
