You were punctual, which is HUGE for me juggling little ones and their schedules. The best part was after fixing my Edge you had it vaccumed and washed (pretty much detailed my car....which really needed it we literally just got back a week ago from a 2 week cross country road trip and haven't had an oportunity to clean out my Edge), Then you topped my Edge off (about 1/2 tank), didn't charge me for the service after realizing it wasn't covered under warranty, and finally delivered my car to me. Thanks for reminded me again why we love Mel Hambelton and are on our 4th new Ford. More
