Terrible Experience will never be back!! Stopped in there to look for a used truck. It was raining could not even get a golf cart for me and my family member that was with me. Had ketchup stains all over his shirt and holes in his shoes. He was very blunt and rude and no manners and very unprofessional when talking too. Found a truck that I liked and wanted to deal on. When getting my information he couldn't even see out of his glasses kept squinting the whole time and asking the if the words was right probably needed new eyeglasses. He wanted 15,000 dollars down for a used truck told him I don't have that kind of cash sitting around. I had two excellent condition vehicles for trade ins he offered low offers for both. Sales manager told him to come see him and see what they could do when I went to go get my second car made two trips up to the dealership. Second time I was there Robert looked over my second vehicle and told me he would go get me an offer he never went and got the sales manager as he was told too. Robert Came back told me I needed 15,000 dollars down again and told me there was nothing that he cold do for me and told me to leave and I did. I have bought four cars from Mel Ham Belton Ford and recommended people to buy from here previously. After the way I was treated by this man I wont be back!! Never again. This Sales men has no manners!!! More

Great price. No games. I was going to buy a new truck out of town and happened to see a Certified Used King Ranch that was just outside my price range. I called and explaine I was going to buy a new truck out of town and happened to see a Certified Used King Ranch that was just outside my price range. I called and explained this to the sales manager and he said he could probably get me in the truck if I wanted to come look at it. I did and without a bunch of games he was able to get me my dream truck within my price range. It's been a month now and I absolutely love it. Ryan and Stan. I highly recommend them. More
