Informative and Low Pressure My wife and I were looking for a small SUV and had test driven several prior to visiting the Lithia Medford Nissan dealership. None of them fit our b My wife and I were looking for a small SUV and had test driven several prior to visiting the Lithia Medford Nissan dealership. None of them fit our budget and/or had the features we wanted. We decided to look at the Nissan Rogue. When we arrived at Lithia Medford Nissan, we were greeted by the sales manager. He proceeded to tell us about all the versions of the Nissan Rogue, their available features and base pricing. We decided to test drive the Rogue SV. He explained all the options on the vehicle and how the features in the test drive vehicle worked. We were given more information about the current “deals” and left with a handshake to think about it. A couple of days later we decided to buy it. Our expectation was the dreaded hand-off to a manager in the middle of the sale to be pressured into buying and upgrading but it never happened. The sales manager came over as we sat with the salesperson and said hello and offered to answer any questions and then left! We completed the transaction and went to the finance manager who explained additional options but did not pressure us to buy any if we declined. The whole process, from beginning to end, was friendly and respectful, the way it should be when making such a major purchase. They provided the right amount of information and explained pricing, showing us how the pricing worked and then left us to decide. It was the best car buying experience we have had in our thirty years of buying cars! More
