Went to the service center to repair a slow leak in a tire on a used vehicle purchased from the same dealer less than a month ago. Initially they didn't even want to look at it, because the low tire indi tire on a used vehicle purchased from the same dealer less than a month ago. Initially they didn't even want to look at it, because the low tire indicator wasn't on... because I put air in it so it wasn't flat. Eventually they were convinced to look at the tire, to which they found a small crack in the tread. Initially they told my fiance it would be covered 100%. Then after 30 minutes they replaced the tiren but changed their mind and said they would only cover 50% of the cost of a new tire. At this time, I drove to the dealer (on my lunch break) to set them straight, and after I showed up (a man) they decided to once again cover it 100%... felt like they were trying to play games with my fiance, and I am not big on games. Can't say I would trust the service department, especially if you are a woman. More
