A Friend in Need Our 335i overheated outside Klamath Falls during our drive from the Portland area to Lake Tahoe. Medford BMW is the closest service center to Klamath Our 335i overheated outside Klamath Falls during our drive from the Portland area to Lake Tahoe. Medford BMW is the closest service center to Klamath Falls. Brandon Martinez, Service Advisor, took our call for help and not only helped us get the car towed 80 miles to Medford, scheduled the service, secured a car for us to rent, and helped us on our way on to Lake Tahoe. Brandon stayed in touch with us through the repair (water pump) , agreed to unload the Enterprise car for us from the dealership, and had all of the documentation ready for us when we arrived to pick up our car on the way back home. We were in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes. We expect great service from BMW service centers. What we really appreciated was Brandon's sincere interest in helping us through a significant setback to our vacation with as little inconvenience as possible. Much appreciated, Brandon! More
