I have been dealing with Medford BMW for over fifteen years, three overseas deliveries, and maintainance of all our BMWs. The car I purchased had an air conditioning evaporator that did not work and I was not informed of this. After just purchasing a vehicle I had to have it in the shop for 2 weeks while it was fixed. While that did not work and I was not informed of this. After just purchasing a vehicle I had to have it in the shop for 2 weeks while it was fixed. While my car was fixed, I felt as though that shouldn't have been missed by the dealership and sold to me. I decided I wanted to trade my vehicle and was promised full retail for my car, and that was not the case when I brought my car back. It was a lie. They also tried to sell a car to me on two separate occasions for two VERY DIFFERENT prices, three thousand dollars more the second time. I will never go back and would not refer an enemy to this dealership. More
