Won't help you if you are in the "just looking" phase. I went in on Friday afternoon, looking for a new Compass (Limited or TrailHawk). I've been looking forward to this release for months and was so excit I went in on Friday afternoon, looking for a new Compass (Limited or TrailHawk). I've been looking forward to this release for months and was so excited to start the process. I was told he (I can't recall the salesman's name) would look for a couple of options using my preferences and let me know before Saturday at closing, because he knew I was leaving town soon. They have my phone number and email address. Here it is Monday and nothing. I left town with no lead or information. I have a strong feeling (based on his demeanor and what I know about car salesmen) that it's because I wasn't ready to buy that very day, I'm from out of town, and I didn't have my trade with me when I was looking...which isn't okay. Sometimes people like to think through the options and take time with big purchases. I wasn't worth their time, so they won't be worth mine. I even e-mailed them yesterday in hopes they would make it right and nothing! Just know that I always shop out of town for my new vehicles (I've had 4 within the last 6 years), as do many people from smaller towns, so the fact that I am from elsewhere should have not determined that I was not a worthy customer. I will be look for another dealership now. More

I test drove a Jeep Renegade in Midland, Texas where I live. I then looked on-line to see if it was cheaper somewhere else. I found that the same car was $5000 cheaper about four and a half hours away, in Fort Worth at Meader. I called them and the salesman was very nice. I was still suspicious, thinking that the terms offered over the phone would change when I got there but they didn't. I got there. Everyone was extremely nice. No one was pushy. I signed papers and was out in about an hour. This was the most amazing car buying experience I have ever had. This is an honest, straight forward car dealership. More

The entire staff was friendly, and Kevin is very relaxed, low-pressure and easy to work with. To put things in perspective, I ordered the exact Jeep that I wanted. I could have went to any Jeep dealership to do so, since I wasn't looking at what was on the lot (and there are at least 4 Jeep dealers closer to my residence). Yet, I drove 25 miles down the disaster of construction that is formally known as Interstate 35 to work with Kevin and the staff at Meador to place my order. 'Nuff said. Highly recommended - go see Kevin - you won't regret it! More
