Where's my Jeep? I brought my car in on Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday. The Service Department not only never called me, they just send me to voicema I brought my car in on Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday. The Service Department not only never called me, they just send me to voicemail when I try to call. On Friday I was told they were emailing the manager and director and I'd be called right back. Here it is Saturday and the Service Department is now closed until Monday. Still no callback. This will make a two day job a week and I don't even know if they've started working on it because they can't even be bothered to talk to me on the phone. The service is do bad I might just sell my Jeep and buy from another dealership so I never have to deal with them again. More
