But they sold me a brand new car with no wheel locks or spare tire in the trunk. They were so Aggressive about gap insurance but they failed to give me one of the most important accessories to a car. My salesperson Kaye was not even dressed present during the car buying process it’s like she didn’t want to deal with me because she didn’t show up until they gave me the keys to the car. Kaye also showed me vehicles on line that she claimed she had over the phone and when I got to the dealership she kept saying that she couldn’t find it or she didn’t think that you actually had it. But you could clearly tell that she was lying. Because she kept changing the subject. Also the finance department lied to me about my credit score and one person told me one score than the next person told me another score. All this while the salesperson Kaye was no where to be found. We sat by ourselves for over 45mins just waiting for someone to tell us anything. More

Service Department needs to be reorganized Sat in line for two hours before they ever opened on a Saturday morning. Had to drive 45 miles to get there but wanted to go to the dealer that sold Sat in line for two hours before they ever opened on a Saturday morning. Had to drive 45 miles to get there but wanted to go to the dealer that sold me the truck that had developed suspension problems after only two months of driving brand new purchase. The service technician did not even greet me except to ask if I had an appointment. Since I had no idea their service department utilized appointments I figured I might have to wait all day to get the truck looked at and fixed and was willing to wait. Not even given that option as he states that I would have to come back later next week after making an appointment. His attitude made me feel like I was an idiot for even trying to bring the truck in for service without an appointment. If their way of doing service was explained to me when they sold me the truck I would have probably bought a Ford or Chevy instead as service departments like these can sour your whole outlook on a new purchase. I guess they were happy to have sent home a disgruntled 30 year customer who will never step foot onto their dealership again. I would suggest you do research on Meador and their whole new way of doing business. Nothing like they used to be when they were on I 20 and Campus Drive! More

Price couldn't be beat Meador has a great selection of Jeep vehicles of varying options; if you have a perfect vehicle in mind, they're sure to offer it.
