Three (3) WEEKS after the papers are signed, we get a call saying we owe money because their finance guy put the wrong amount on the loan docs😳 Then didn’t call us back for another five (5) days. Two (2) weeks after that, my husband is completely disrespected by the finance guy (Eddie Prada) stating this is 100% our fault! Wow! Really? With no apologies. No ownership. No trying to work out the problem. Can’t even get a call back in a timely manner regarding the issue. Completely disappointed with this buying experience. More
