After a month my vehicle began to turn off several times on the road. When deciding to want to trade in my vehicle for another one at a different dealership, the salesman showed me the carfax of my vehicle displaying that it had been in an accident in the year 2014 (prior to me buying) bringing the value of my vehicle to no more than 12,000 when I am paying a whopping 38,000. The carfax was never disclosed to me at the time of buying even upon my request the salesman assured me it had a clean history. Now when trying to resolve this Charlie Gray the GM refused to speak to me. This is unfair in a numerous amount of ways as the customer service and treatment when trying to resolve this issue came to treating me like dirt. No respect for their customers as they sat there and claimed they had no knowledge. They grasped to "Autocheck" a website they use in order to indicate the vehicle history, please be aware that when buying the VIN number on the vehicle never changes.Check your vehicle history PLEASE. As I am now at their hands have been put at a very unfortunate situation. It has been hard to even find proper insurance for my vehicle as it was NEVER DISCLOSED to me at the time of buying that it had been in any prior accidents that caused damage to the frame. I now worry for my safety when driving this vehicle. More

We had the worst experience we've ever had buying a new vehicle. I love my Jeep, but the employees just weren't friendly. Our salesman just was too busy for us. He kept using different excuses why. He didn't take time to go over everything as far as the dashboard and all and we never knew they don't come with a spare tire. There's so much more I could say. We do not feel our business was appreciated at all. And everything is on a flash drive -no paper work. And we told them we don't have a computer. We were very rushed through the signing. Doug got his commission and that is all that mattered to him. We didn't even get a card with his name. More
