I recently purchased a Jeep here. The sales guy was not the most friendly, but I don’t need my hand held anyway....what I do need is not to be lied to! The vehicle had a factory defect (which I know was un the most friendly, but I don’t need my hand held anyway....what I do need is not to be lied to! The vehicle had a factory defect (which I know was unknown to them and not their fault) but when I called sales guy about it he basically blew me off and stated that he told me about the warranty and it could be fixed. A 2 week old vehicle should be replaced... not “fixed!” The service guys were the best though...the only reason I would ever step foot there again. The sales guy also told me that it would a minimal (around $500) cost for me to have aftermarket keyless entry added. This was a determining factor for me in a new vehicle purchase and the upgrade with keyless (Along with other features that I didn’t really need) was considerably more and given that knowledge that it could be remedied easily, I chose the lower cost vehicle that I could add to. Turns out...that was a complete lie! The dealership wants thousands for that service and audio shops that do typically install the keyless entry won’t even quote me for it saying that it would definitely be much much more than I was told and the computer is too sensitive in any Jeep past ‘17 or ‘18 and they won’t touch it! So now I am stuck with a new vehicle that is now refurbished that I cannot even get fixed into what I need. This is the car I’ve always wanted and the poor sales and customer service have ruined that! So disappointed in not only this dealership but parent company as well for just sitting back on their heels and doing nothing (after several calls and emails). More

So my situation was a little different than most. I had a really good salesman in Rich Burkhalter. He was very professional, high energy, fun and very knowledgeable about the product. Once we went to the finance people the initial meeting with Cody was good, but the price I requested to stay under 700 was completely ignored. Cody then went to get the sales manager and the guy turned out to be a real rude person. There wasn't anything that could be done, and I need to choose a cheaper vehicle.. He even made a rude comment as we left the dealership that night. The next day suddenly they were able to meet my payment number. Apparently I didn't need a cheaper vehicle just a less lazy, smart xxxxx finance manager. Anyways I will definitely give rich a call next time I'm looking for a vehicle, and even advise folks that Cody is a great finance person. Thanks, Damon More
