Just wanted to save anyone else the trouble and headache dealing with Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Fort Worth. This has been the absolute worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a brand new tru dealing with Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Fort Worth. This has been the absolute worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I bought a brand new truck on Monday, July 6, 2020, and had to take it back to the dealer 2 days later on Wednesday July 8th for electrical problems. Every time I try to get updates on the truck they never answer the phone or call me back after I leave numerous voice mails, which also includes calling the general manager Charlie Grey. I’ve also shown up to the dealership to try and get answers and they say they can’t figure out what’s wrong with my vehicle. They even said it was ready and when I went to pick it up it the electronics were still not working. They still have my truck and says they are waiting for the problem to happen again, which doesn’t give me confidence. The electrical problem involves the media center which doesn’t allow me to turn on the AC or anything. I was also told buy a sells manager that Charlie Grey would not return my phone calls because it was a service problem. Guess I’m not sure what he does as a GM if he can’t handle issues at the dealership. Needless to say I DON’T recommend anyone due business with this dealership and I will never purchase another vehicle from then and recommend everyone do the same and stay away. More

Brian Brown assisted me, and got me into a vehicle without being pushy or coming across like a slick used car salesman. Although the vehicle I had looked at online the day before had already sold, he was able to find a comparable alternative, that was better than the one I was wanting to come check out.
