Once they make the sale, don't expect to be able to get in touch with them. They will NOT answer or return calls. They lied to me about the extended warranty including oil changes, only to find out a fe in touch with them. They will NOT answer or return calls. Can't get a hold of anyone to explain the situation. They also left me high and dry on a headrest that didn't match the seat. Initially they said they could ship it to me, but when I inquired about it later on, they wouldn't do it.
