By far the best experience with buying a car I've ever had. After narrowing our selection to a Jeep and having no luck elsewhere, we tried on-line browsing. I came to Shagufta with a list of about 20 cars to look at, after 3 days I had narrowed it down to 2 cars. If it had not been for the generosity and understanding of both Mike and Coach, who let me take 3 different cars home for an extended time, I am confident I would have chosen the wrong car. On the 4th day I came back and informed Shagufta that I wanted the very first car I had looked at and eliminated from my list. And with her usual patience she took care of everything got the car ready and sat in the car going over all the amazing things it can do and told me if I had any questions I could call her for help. Mike and Coach also assured me I could call on them for anything. They also let me take the car home on my word the check would be good in a few days. I tell anyone looking for a new car to call Meador because everyone there was so nice, polite and friendly. I will say that the salesman that helped me represents Meador to the upmost. Kevin Eidson was very helpful in listening to my needs with what I wanted in a new vehical. Our first introduction was over the phone and it was if he had already met me in person. He was honest about what he could do for me to get me a comfortable down payment. I was so excited to be approved for a new car, I did't ask about the color. Kevin worked hard to get me the color, make and year model vehical I wanted. At first he thought I would like a red chrysler 200 with red flakes in it. I told him I really prefer a silver one and that's what he had ready for me to drive when I arrived at Meador the next day. Kevin got in the car with me and my son and basically explained the dealer's book to me going over every feature and function of the vehical in detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Chrysler 200. I was more impressed with Meador as a company when the gentleman in the finance department explained to me in detail my payment and coverage making me feel safe and secure about my decision to buy from Meador.
