Buying a new vehicle has always been a long, drawn-out ordeal. Kevin met us on the lot and immediately we knew that this was going to be a different experience. His knowledge of the Jeep we were looking ordeal. Kevin met us on the lot and immediately we knew that this was going to be a different experience. His knowledge of the Jeep we were looking for was extremely impressive, he took all the time necessary to insure we were happy with the answers to our questions and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE!!! When it came time to talk money, again there was not pressure and no no game playing. Kevin presented the deal and our options and that was it. When we returned to sign the papers and pick-up the Jeep, the vehicle was ready, the papers were drawn and all the additional sales items (tire warranty, paint protection, GAP insurance, etc.) were explained but not pushed. Kevin did a great job demonstrating the options of the vehicle and helping to set-up the electronics. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this car buying experience an 11! I dropped by the meador dealership on saturday not really thinking I would get a vehicle but my saleslady was so confident that she never gave a negative viewpoint. Shagufta was so informative, She knows her cars at the dealership. I was uncomfortable about operating the car but she made me real so relaxed. We talked and had fun. The dealership itself was friendly. They had a cookout that day and just made my visit great. It was late so Shagufta let me take the car home for the weekend and of course I fell in love with it. On Monday she call and said I was approved for "MY DREAM CAR". You see my husband past away and he made me promise him that I would get the things I really wanted but it was difficult when he first past and I couldn't get it together. Now after listening to Shafuta I know I can make my dreams come true. Thank you Shafuta for your encouragement and to the staff at Meador, Ft. Worth, Texas. Looked up minivans, dealer price, and rebates on the internet. Also looked up the trade-in value of my car on the internet. Looked at Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, Kia, Toyota. Went to dealers around the internet. Also looked up the trade-in value of my car on the internet. Looked at Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, Kia, Toyota. Went to dealers around the Dallas area to see and test drive the vans. Liked the 2012 Town and Country. Found two buyer rebates for the Chrysler Town and Country - a USAA member rebate plus a regular buyer rebate. USAA recommended two dealers in the Dallas area. I typed information into the USAA web site and got a call from Meador within 5 minutes of hitting "enter" on the computer. We went to Meador in Ft. Worth and made a deal in short order. Great selection of Dodge and Chrysler minivans. Bryan Vick (the salesman) was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was happy to see that he could tell me, in his office, what inventory they had. Most dealerships make it a game with, "well we have these over here..." and "let me check with the manager if we have any in the back..." Also happy to see he did not try to get vague with the rebates; just affirmed that the two rebates I knew of were valid and he checked to see if we were eligible for any others. When I told Bryan I was interested in one van and wanted him to give me a trade-in value on my car, the Meador team presented me a written offer for the van (including rebates and trade-in) that was within $50-100 of what I was expecting for the sale. As an example, another dealer in the Dallas area (also Chrysler) offered roughly one half of what Meador did for my trade-in. I like that Meador did not have the manager come over to try and sell me during the process, he worked behind the scenes to produce the written offer with the salesman and was very efficient after we came back the following day. No hassle, no nonsense, great bottom line. The managers, the money guy, the salesman, all worked as a team to quickly and efficiently make the process happen. I'll be back if I need a second car. Nator listened to what we wanted and did his best to provide it. He worked tirelessly to get our payment where it needed to be and went so far as to process a dealer trade to get us the vehicle we neede provide it. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Kevin was great and will be the first person I'll speak to when I make my next purchase. Shane worked very hard to make sure you were comfortable and happy and understood the paper work before you sign and does notnpressure you at all. I had 3 minor issues that kept me from giving 5's across the board. 1 was the salesman's fault, 1 was a shared fault between I and the salesman and the last one (if it did exist, not sure because it's looking back now) was probably shared fault between all three of us. But, the over all experience made me a loyal future customer to this dealership and the two men that served me. Kevin calls on occasion to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to check and see if I have any questions. This is a great quality in my eyes because it shows he cares and any time I have called he has made sure I had my questions answered. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More
It was my first time to visit this dealership, and I was looking for some serious help on a trade, ...into a new 2012 Jeep. I already owned two of 'em, a 2005, and a 2008, both bought from another Fort W looking for some serious help on a trade, ...into a new 2012 Jeep. I already owned two of 'em, a 2005, and a 2008, both bought from another Fort Worth dealer. Now, I had no gripe with them, ...they just didn't come to the table this time. So, I got lucky, and teamed up with one of Meador's "finest", a fellow named Nic Zaha. I don't think I could have found anyone more suited to my own personality and needs. I honestly believe this was the first time ever, that I actually agreed to a deal the first day. Wow!,...their trade in offer for my 2008 well exceeded the other guy's, and they had in stock, ...repeat! ...IN stock!...exactly what I wanted. Meador's dealings were fair, and one couldn't ask for, or find a nicer, more personable couple of guys to work with than Nic and "Coach" Mizel, the new car sales manager. I really liked my '08 four-door Saraha, and when asked about it, I described it as a "Cadillac with Hinges" (sorry 'bout that Caddy stuff). However, the new, higher horsepower, higher torque engines, and all the surprising new features of the '12s will just rock your world. I'm now in love with that new 2012 Saraha of mine. If you're just looking, or buying, you can count on Meador, and their folks, to make car shopping fun once again. More
