I had visited another dealership prior to my visit with Kevin with the expectation that I would be given the opportunity to test drive a car. The other dealership did not give me a test drive and the sales Kevin with the expectation that I would be given the opportunity to test drive a car. The other dealership did not give me a test drive and the salesman spent over an hour staring at his computer screen and occasionally asking a question about our desires in a new car. My vehicle was not moved from its parking place, but I was given a trade-in offer that was 10% below the lowest trade-in value for a trashed car. I had decided to put some money into my old car and drive it for two more years. Kevin convinced me to come to his dealership and test drive a new Dodge Grand Caravan. He spent the time to educate my wife and me on the features of the various models and offered a test drive. We drove the car and we liked it. This vehicle does not have all of our wants. but it does suit all of our needs. Then Kevin began working financial numbers and showed us how we could meet our financial budget limits and still buy this vehicle. Kevin took the time to listen to us and educate us. I would highly recommend Kevin Eidson and Meador Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep to anyone looking for a new car. I know that they will be treated fairly with deference and respect. More

I started my shopping on line and Kevin got in touch with me and was great all the way through the process. The financing part with Armando was awful. He is very unprofessional. He was telling me that the dealership was not going to make any money of the sale of the truck and was very aggressive trying to sell me things I didn't want. It seemed like he was getting mad at me for not buying anything. Extremely very aggressive and would not let up. I finally ended up buying the extended warranty just to get him off my back. I had to take a form home to have my wife sign for the trade in and he wanted me to send back to him. He did not even give me a card or any information on where he wanted the paper work sent. Kevin had given me a card so I sent the paper work to him. Kevin was great to work with. I would only recommend the dealership for the sales team and make sure that they didn't have to deal with Armando. More
Went into Meador to see what kind of deal I might get on a Jeep. Kevin took us back into the lot to show the variety of Jeeps that were immediately available. We noticed a problem with one of the door locks, and Kevin had it fixed before we took delivery. He was very honest and treated us with great respect. We had done ample research so we know we got a good deal. A friend of mine had told me about Kevin who had sold my friend a Jeep as well. If I hear of anyone who needs a Jeep, I'm going to recommend they see Kevin! More

He was on the ball about everything, knowing exactly what we would need to do to make the car buying process as smooth as possible for me (this being my first time buying from a dealership). Sincere, honest, and trustworthy. We came in having a very difficult situation than most, having just started a new job, having credit scores of 500 due to being out of full-time work for 9 months. But they were able to create a needed solution so we could have the car we wanted, could afford, and again, would not jeopardize our monthly budget. In short, they did what was best for us, not what was best for them - treating us just like the golden rule we all know "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I would highly recommend the people we dealt with to anyone. EVERY OTHER dealership we went to treated us like we were their best friend without knowing us and were so artificial in their people skills that we felt like we were being used, exploited and treated merely like a tool to get them their monthly sales quota. And as soon as they realize you aren't going to buy from them, their treatment of you changes instantly to cold and get out of their way because they are moving on to someone else. More

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable - we bought from Meador and we bought Dodge because of him. Ford lost an opportunity last weekend with terrible service. We were looking to trade in an older van, and saw ads for the new Jeep. When we looked online through our insurance we were given a quote and two dealerships that had what we were looking for. Kevin was the first to contact us, and stuck with us through everything. It took us about a month of back and forth communication for us to be able to work around everyone's schedules, getting approvals and then having the right one on hand, but he did it and never gave up! We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience!! Then the finance part was easy as well. We walked in with pre-approval, but Shane got us a better rate through a different bank. Once the financing part was done, we were set to go, but due to the late hour that we were there with our two small children, Shane went one step further. He took our kids to his office and gave them a snack and drink for the almost 2 hour car drive home!! Then once we got the key to the new Jeep, Kevin helped us set up some of the many features. I'd say the two of them went above and beyond last night, and I would definitely return to buy another car, or send my friends to them. Even though it's two hours from our home, I wouldn't go anywhere else and they gave us a car buying experience to remember!!! More
