He treated my last puy (a Challenger Hellcat) like it was his purchase. He kepy me up to date from start to finish and considering Dodge's dealer allocation rules on the Hellcat it was quite involved on his part. Three strikes your out. As they are right next to the VA, I can drop off the vehicle walk next door to my appointment, come back and PU my vehicle. That was the plan anyway. Even with it scheduled in advance, I go to my VA appointment, come back to the dealership and wait for a few more hours. I've had three visits for service here. I bought the PU there, which was another boondoggle. But in all three visits, they took at least twice as long as they predicted. On one occasion, I had a "free" oil change included with the purchase. The first thing I do when I purchase a vehicle, is to take it home, drain the oil, remove the filter, and replace with a K & N filter, and Synthetic oil. For this vehicle it had to be Mobile One as they have the 5 w 20 that the manual requires. So for this "free" oil change I was providing the MO oil, and the K&N filter. I showed the service writer the products to be used in my oil change, and I would be back after my appointment next door. It was not ready for about an hour after I got back, and then I saw that my K&N filter was not used. So they had to run it back through the shop to do it again, this time with the right parts, which I was supplying anyway! So two hours later I got out of there with my "free" oil change. That's why I prefer to do my work at home, done in 30 minutes with an oil change, done right first time, every time. I've taken it in for two recalls, both times they took several hours after my VA appointments, and they knew days in advance I was going to be there. Delays and dysfunction is where this "service department" excels. More

Most Horrible Experience Ever Was lied to led on, and just about everything else you can do a service customer. I dropped my car off and it took three weeks to get it back. They lied to me the whole process, would not answer my calls, or call me back. My service advisor Jared was the worst. He called me 3 times to come get my car, and was not ready any of those times. My car was dirtier then when I dropped it off, and was below E on the gas tank and took there with almost 1/2 a tank. I asked what were they going to do to keep my business after spending 2,500 dollars with them, and the reply from the manager was a shrug of the shoulders. I will not only never go there again, but also never buy another dodge. Do not use this dealership!!!! More

Taking care of business I needed a new Jeep and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. I spoke with Kevin Eidson, and we agreed on a price, which included a sight-unseen estimat I needed a new Jeep and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. I spoke with Kevin Eidson, and we agreed on a price, which included a sight-unseen estimate of my old Jeep. Kevin honored that price, even when I forgot to tell him about a few cracks in the windshield. That was important for me, as I had driven 4.5 hours to pick up the car. Kevin was good about emailing back and forth with me on details when I was still debating buying the car. I'm a first time buyer, purchasing the car with a cashier's check, and Kevin made it easy. When I was transferred to the finance department, I did have to wait for a while, but they did work with me when the previous owner had incorrectly filled out the registration paperwork. All in all it was a positive experience and I would purchase from Kevin again. The only negative I experienced was when I and my male friend walked into the sales room initially. A floor salesperson literally walked around and past me to get to my male friend to shake his hand and welcome him to the dealership. Kevin is great though! More
Give Meador Strong Consideration This was my first time purchasing a car. After purchasing my new Grand Cherokee from Meador, it makes perfect sense to me that Meador sells more cars thorough the USAA program than any other dealer in Texas. I initially visited a dealership elsewhere in the metroplex before I drove out to Meador. My experience at the dealership prior to Meador left me deflated for a variety of reasons but the most frustrating point was when I inquired about how their relationship with USAA worked. The associate seemed to have no idea what I was referring to. I left the dealership that day questioning whether or not I even wanted to buy a new Grand Cherokee. The next day, I decided to take a trip out to Meador. My experience with Kevin Eidson, the associate that helped me at Meador, was quite the opposite from the one I had the day before. Not only was Kevin knowledgeable about their inventory and the market in general terms, he did a wonderful job of presenting me with a sufficient number of options that fit my budget. Of primary importance, Kevin was very straight-forward throughout about what my options were–making the whole process all the more simplified and smooth. Kevin will take the time to understand what it is exactly that you're looking for and do his very best to find something that fits. Kevin is very patient and accommodating; he will genuinely do his best to address your concerns. If you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge vehicle and your search is within the DFW metroplex, you would be remiss if you did not go out to see whatever options Meador may have to offer, especially if you are looking to purchase the car through USAA. I will certainly be a returning customer. More
