Bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willys Wheeler I had a great buying experience at Meador. After using Truecar, I was contacted by several local dealerships. After looking them up on dealerrater.com, I decided to try Meador. I met with Thomas Payne to look at some Jeeps and test drive a couple. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but I was thinking about one. I wasn't pressured, and he made it clear that it was important that I got what I wanted. So I left that day and we kept in contact over the next week. Luckily, the perfect Jeep showed up on their website and was in transit from the factory. I gave Thomas a deposit right then over the phone, and waited for it to arrive. When I returned to the dealership, I test drove it and loved it. I brought the Truecar certificate and that was the deal that I got. It was a fair deal and super easy. No haggling, no back and forth, it was a done deal. Eddy in finance was also great. He went over all of the extended warranty info and explained it well, but was never at all pushy to get me to buy it. I would recommend Meador and Thomas Payne to family and friends, and if I were in the market for another vehicle I would visit them again. More

I provided some general information and he quoted me a trade in value without seeing my car. We set up an appointment, on his day off, by the way. I bought my dream car. It was a pleasant , stress free experience. The trade in value for my car was more then the original quote. I was very satisfied with my overall experience. First I saw the 200 , really nice ...but really it was a down size to me, but I did like the look, but I'm 63 years old. Mr. Payne, showed us everything he had available on this huge lot, also introducing the option of special order. But, we spied the Dodge Durango Citadel , we got excited, something that had everything we had been spoiled to and more.
