After posting this review and contacting higher up supervisors i was able to get my warranty honored. Thanks for the quick responce to Mike,Jerry,and Kevin.I understand the previous encounters was out of your control as well as the manufactur and faulty equipment but i appriciate you guys stepping up and rectifing th situation in order to keep the client satified as well as a promise.Thanks again gentleman.
