Poor Service I was on the Meador website last week (2/22) in the evening to request a service call on specific date. Before I went to bed, Shannon James had promptly emailed me back stating that she would have someone reach out to me. Loved the promptness at 9:25pm!! At 11:08pm she emailed me and told me that Kevin (my sales guy) was working on the request. (Not sure why it wasn't the service department, but ok I waited.) On 2/23 I received a voicemail from Will in the service department. He asked that I call Bethany at 817-547-9852 to get me scheduled. I wasn't able to get to it Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I called the number it rang. No one ever answered it just says the "person you called is unavailable". I left a message after the beep wondering if the voicemail is really answered or belongs to someone. Late on the 24th, I received another email from Shannon James asking if I had been contacted. and on the morning of 2/25 I received a call from her as well asking the same thing! (She is great!) I told her that I had not spoken to anyone and she said she would transfer me to the service department. She transferred me and I let the phone ring 20 times as I know they could be busy. Finally a woman with an accent answered but said she had to transfer me again. This time I was transferred to the number of (David Montalvo? I think). It rang another 20 times and finally a voicemail picked up (that is where I got the name). I left a message and no one has called me. First, I should not have to speak to someone in sales to request service a via an online request. Second, it is ridiculous that phones do not have proper voicemail, no one answers, and when they do - I get transferred again. I needed recall work done and possibly and oil change which I have covered in my care plan. So, on Friday I asked for a request for value from Give Me the Vin dot com, as well as Carmax. On Saturday, I went to Autoflex in Arlington, and traded in my Jeep for another vehicle with a much lower payment than my $716/mo payment that wasn't even on a top of the line Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited). Needless to say, due to number of recalls, problems with reaching the dealer, high prices, etc. I will not be purchasing another Jeep product in the future, nor will I go back to Meador. This dealer really needs to get it together! The most valuable associates you have are Shannon James and Kevin Eidson - but overall poor management allows this newly built dealership to run in a totally unprofessional manner. When it first moved to its new location, the website took so long to update, I actually went to the wrong place for service because the email confirmation I received still had the old address. I asked to have recall work done then, but they only changed my oil. Again, not prepared, not running efficiently, not ready to do business. I do not have to receive a response, but want the brand and the leadership team to understand what is going on here. This is not the right way to do business. More

We have bought multiple cars over the years and each time we buy a car it seems like a dreaded thing from start to finish. You'd think that it would be exciting buying a new car but there's usually the back and forth, hidden add ons, hidden fees, and then if you even make it to finance you have to deal with them trying to get you to buy Gap insurance, etc. But Larry was was able to quote me a price that I was very happy with and to my surprise kept his promise of the price quoted through the Make My Deal website. I did everything through messaging back and forth with Larry before I even set foot in the dealership. I fully expected to go into the dealership and have him try and add on all kinds of things. But he didn't. We walked in, he shook our hands and asked a gentleman by the name of Seth James to show us the vehicle that we had discussed. Seth pulled it into a well lit, heated bay, which was much appreciated. We took it for a spin and Seth was was very helpful in explaining all of the features on the vehicle prior to purchasing it. We came back into the dealership, Seth printed up some papers with the agreed upon price (which we had discussed by messaging) and we signed. I was totally shocked. The finance department wasn't bad either. I would recommend this dealership, Larry Parks, and Seth James to anyone wanting to buy a new car. Also, to my surprise before we left, Seth and another gentleman stopped us to hand us the $100 in gift cards that was promised. I expected that by the time we left after 9 pm that would be forgotten because I'm sure everyone was tired and ready to go home. I would have actually been ok with that if they'd forgotten because the experience was so easy but was surprised that they remembered to give us the gift cards. Thanks again for all of your help Meador and such great car salesmen. More

He was extremely patient and helpful with us as well. We are very happy with Kevin Eidson!! We Highly recommend coming and seeing him to purchase a Vehicle with him. Kevin was even able to give us a much better trade in value than any other dealership even tried to do!! We Purchased the 2500 Ram and a Dodge Dart GT both 2016 models and traded our Toyota 2015 Tundra off road. More

Average car buying experience Okay to start, let me just say that my salesperson, Thomas Payne was fantastic. He's a super nice guy and as helpful as he can be. That being said, I went to Meador because they enticed me to take a test drive with a free $50 gift card. Not a bad deal so I accepted. I found a car that I loved and they tried to make a deal. Thomas recruited the help of a Chyrsler representative that was in town to help make deals. After a great deal of waiting, they got a deal done so I signed his little piece of paper and they started getting the car ready. An hour later I was sent to finance. . The whole finance process was rushed, probably because it was already past closing time at this point. In any case, I found the sales staff to be wonderfully friendly and helpful. But in hindsight, I could literally have gone to any dealership, purchased the same car for the same price, and gotten the same rate. So if you want an average car buying experience, long waiting time, but a terrific salesperson, Meador is for you. However in my future purchases, I'm likely to go to the dealer 5 minutes from me rather that an hour and 5 minutes. More

Horrible Well the dealership is beautiful to look at and the people seem nice. Went in with a true car certificate which they didn't honor. I drove 2 hours after speaking to sales and advising them of my finances, the car I wanted,informing them of my true car certificate,and they call and told me deal is ready. I get there and the hassle free deal is not there the sales person gets frustrating and brings in financial manager and he tells me if you take the deal I'll give you 5 years 75000 miles warranty on the whole car.and up the maintenance plan to 2 years for your inconveniences. But when the contract comes they have added another 2800 to the contract n tell me it's tax title and license. After i caught it they removed the amount but also removed both of the items they promised and took away the year of maintenance for buying a new car. Car had no floor mats Sales said they would put in request and I'd get them Another lie cause I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. Car wasn't tinted finance guy knowing he screwed me on the contract says I'll get with sales and get it done . Talked to sales manager and he tells me I'm not honoring either request we lost money on this deal. How you didn't give me me my insurance discount nor my true car discount.Worst experience buying anything. Still very upset and unhappy with this purchase got to dealership late so they rushed and manipulated the situation to their advantage Car doesn't have automatic lights which I asked for and automatic start 2 things I asked and was told it did. Just disappointed that people can be so dishonest and you are running a business. People beware cause I asked for the head or owner to call me and again still waiting since January 12th 2016. You would think if you have a unhappy customer you'd want to address the problem not at this dealership. More
