If I could leave a no star review that would be the case the service department is a joke along with the service manager and service advisors my 2015 ram eco diesel has been in and out of the service depar the service department is a joke along with the service manager and service advisors my 2015 ram eco diesel has been in and out of the service department 4 to 5 times for the same issues it originally went in for they try an sell you parts an services they don't even know if the truck needs to resolve the issue had the turbo replaced two days later my wife takes my son to school an the drain for the radiator blows out from not being tight shifter cables rubbing on the steering shaft truck goes back to the shop they fix both those issue but now with a new turbo my trucks somehow been leaking coolant from the turbo for some time now and try an charge me 2000 dollars for there mechanics mistake on top of the check engine light issue for truck going into regen to frequently that they never fixed and tried to have me pay 400 dollars for a regen that may or may not fix the issue wife get the truck back yesterday after they agree to cover the regen and guess what check engine lights back on for the same issue this morning and now getting the run around saying there 6 to 8 weeks out and can't get the truck back in service advisors don't get back with you or answer phone calls service manager ain't got a clue and will try an feed you a line of xxxx this place is a joke and I will never be back I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for service or to purchase a vehicle More
