Got checked in right away then took a seat just outside the glassed in service kiosks, inside the lounge waiting area. After a curious but patient wait of 3 1/2 hours, I went to the associate to check the progress. My vehicle was finished. In fact the service time of .5 hours was printed on my receipt. They had forgotten to notify me for 3 hours when my vehicle had finished. My confusion stands with the associate whom I initially sat with, checked me in, entered all of my info. Specifically making acknowledged eye to eye contact at least 6 times throughout my wait. You just forgot? I signed off and was told an attendant would be pulling my vehicle right up to me in the interior customer pick up lane. A nice feature I witnessed other patrons being blessed with during my 3 1/2 hour stay. Though not so lucky for me as I stood patiently for another 5-10 minutes, finally catching glimpse of an attendant on foot about 90 yards away approaching my direction. Arriving to me, he notifies me that my vehicle is parked out around the building in the parking spot, so close to another vehicle that he was to nervous to enter my vehicle in fear of causing damage. I told him it was all good and even thanked him for letting me know. I walked. In no way did I ever appear angry or impatient during this entire debacle nor had any haste in my voice in any conversations. … The only thing that irritates me from this entire thing—- The new tire didn’t come with a valve stem nut.😡 More

Luda was responsive to my many e-m inquiries, and had our preferred vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. Slowest part of the process was the final paperwork with Nate. McCord’s Toyota has a well-deserved “excellent” reputation. Good selection, fair price, beautiful, energy efficient facility. More
I've had my Toyota serviced routinely in Boise Idaho since 2018 when I bought it. Now having it serviced at Vancouver Toyota. Never had such a long list of things needed. 2 of which I had already ha since 2018 when I bought it. Now having it serviced at Vancouver Toyota. Never had such a long list of things needed. 2 of which I had already had done. Also they forgot to torque the lugnuts. I'm drivingl around about a month later and it sounds like I have a roulette wheel under the hood. Took it to Les Schwab and they found the problem. Fortunately no damage to the wheel and no charge. Don’t believe anything this dealership tells you. They asked me to give them 2 $500 deposits to hold a car for me. They then sold the car to someone else a couple of days before my appointment. Service is always overbooked. Had my car for 6hrs and only completed oil change & wheel alignment. No communication until 5pm. Management issue not employees in service department (overbooking & lack of training for staff new to position). Did have great customer service via phone to schedule another appt. More
Easy to communicate with service representatives. When the service technicians found some issues that need to be addressed, they use text msg to let car owner know and decide what to do next When the service technicians found some issues that need to be addressed, they use text msg to let car owner know and decide what to do next More
